Agreement to Terms
By using FamCal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
FamCal is a Telegram bot that connects to your Google Calendar to provide daily summaries, event management through voice and text commands, and reminders. The Service requires you to grant access to your Google Calendar.
Account and Access
- You must have a valid Telegram account to use the Service.
- You must authorize the Service to access your Google Calendar.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts.
- You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose of calendar management.
- Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overwhelm the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Subscription Plans
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limits. Paid plans are billed through Telegram Stars and provide expanded features. Subscription details and pricing are displayed in the bot. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FamCal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your calendar data remains yours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any errors in calendar data or missed reminders.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or missed appointments, resulting from your use of the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Google Calendar, Telegram, and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google Calendar access and blocking the Telegram bot.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
